About Semi Study Circle

Semi Study Circle is a student-run non-profit organization that gathers tutors and tutees from schools around the province to provide tutoring for students that need help, and volunteer opportunities or tutoring experience for older students. Our mission is to provide accessible education to all students, regardless of their background or financial situation.

Our History

Semi Study Circle was founded by a group of former IB students from Semiahmoo Secondary School in the late 1900s. Their mission was to provide quality tutoring services to students in the district and to give back to the community. Now, decades later, our non-service has expanded to many other schools in the area and continues to help students reach their full potential.
